Atluri&Co provides Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive & Operational Maintenance Services to its Clients.
Comprehensive A.M.C.
Includes onsite preventive and corrective maintenance of all our Business related areas, namely Building Technologies, Audio Visual Solutions and Sound & Light. This will also include Maintenance, Cleaning and Replacement/Repair of all parts and all Peripherals. The comprehensive AMC will be valid as per the documentation. A monthly preventive maintenance will be carried out during AMC apart from unlimited breakdown calls. The services shall be provided from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 hours to 20:00 hours. Response time will be maximum 4 hrs from call logged to agency. Any call logged after 20:00 hrs shall be attended on next day morning. The resolution time should not be exceeding 8 hours of breakdown. In case fail to give solution within 8 hours a stand by machine of same/higher capacity to be provided within 24 hours.
Non-comprehensive Services:
We provide service and you pay the repair/replacement cost only.
The Annual maintenance contract ensures the following:

Operational Maintenance Service:
Operational Maintenance is nothing but setting up AV Systems, operating the AV systems installed in the facility & managing events at the clients place by deputing engineers from our side.
